Hi Jeff, Welcome. I have a 2009 FX50 and would be very interested in your project. Android auto would be great. At least then we could use maps that aren't so out of date. It is pretty pricy to update our systems that use the hdd and compact flash card slot to update maps. Pretty much dealer only.
