Body parts needed for 2004 FX45

I'm not sure what the part is called, it's under the driver's side headlight down passed the fog light. My first fender bender and ticket! Any suggestions on where to buy new parts.

The part sounds like a possible candidate from used dismantlers. Search 03-05 FX35 too.
