It could have worked if they had kept the curves in the bumper openings shown in the rendering. In real life, they took a shortcut and straight lined everything. Credit for trying, need to work on execution.
 
I think it's fun to look at, but I'd never do it myself.

That renegade kit is way too sick but way too expensive
 
Yep, $10000 is a bit too much. Other kits from Russia are usually even more than that.
 
I can't swallow 10K either, but if you find a cosmetically damaged 2nd gen 10K wouldn't be a terrible kit for like an almost entirely new body.

I saw a 2nd gen FX for sale up here in canada that had been marked totalled by the insurance companies because of hail damage. Car would have been pretty cheap to pick up, and slapping on the renegade kit would have solved like 75% of the damaged panels.
