First, I am not a guy car, so please bare with me.
I currently have an 07 FX 35 with Nav. I never got the bluetooth to work properly. I had an 05 335i with bluetooth and I would just press the button the streering wheel, say the name and it calls. But with with this, I cant get it to work. I read something about porting out of the address?
Anyway, I never really bothered with it for years, but now, I will be driving more longer miles and would like to get the bluetooth for phone and music working. I know that the 07, bluetooth for music is not integrated.
What can I do? Can I upgrade the Nav system? I would like to keep things as simple as possible, while retaining steering wheel buttons.
I saw a post about the Dice mediabridge from 3 years ago, which has some issues with switching and calls.
Are there better options?
