Bluetooth Not Responding

I just had back surgery and my car sat for 7 weeks. I started it today and it took two tries. That's not the problem though.....the bluetooth light is blinking but my phone cannot find it or connect. Also, there is no response from pressing the phone buttons on steering wheel. All other buttons are working...volume, audio mode, etc... I'm hoping just a fuse, but I'm not bending that way for a while. Is this common??
