Hey All,

Picking up my first Infiniti car. I choose the FX35 because wanted a bit of performance while still able to have room for my 1 year old. It has 160k miles. I had to dig to find this one. She need a little bit of work. The seats grind when you adjust them and the passenger side window needs to be reset. I have already order the switchback headlights, new fog housings, LED fog lights and 6K HIDs. The original ones are cloudy.Tint will be in the near future as well. I want to move to coilovers, but I want to see how things go of course. Excited to see to own one of these bad boys. I have thought they were the coolest looking SUV since they debuted. Any tips are 100% welcomed.

First of many repairs: Replaced the valve cover gaskets.
Pulled the trigger on these bad boys: 2003-2008 Infiniti FX35 FX45 LED DRL Tube Switchback Turn Signal Projector Headlights -Black
Upgraded the HIDs 6K with the 50W Ballast: D2S: Morimoto Elite HID System I The Retrofit Source
Upgraded the fogs: 06-15 Infiniti FX35/G37 Nissan Rogue 1Pc L/R OE Style Driving Fog Light/Lamp

Install complete. Should have taken off the wheels. Would have made life WAY easier.

Only problem, the switchback doesn’t work. I’ll email the vendor tonight. I kinda dig the white turn signal anyway. We’ll see...

It’s not dark enough to tell the light output. I’ll update once it’s dark.
