Black Roof?

Saw this on 350Z Motoring, Bat's overlay on Z roof, looks tight . . so I thought I would give it a try. Not really liking it, but I did the work, so I'm showing it.

I guess it looks ok, not really digging it too much but it would also have to be the same black color as the rear spoiler.

Ya, I know, but for lack of time & effort. I think the thin moulding should be black too. But then were talking paint. Still think it's cool that doing a complete roof overlay is a possibility.

I think this color contrast really only works well with White..

When I trade in the FX for an M i will get it in white and do this mod. Roof and hood in black.. it makes for a great contrast IMO

I just don't think it works with our roof. Atleast with that Z you can see the untouched sides are a smooth, flowing line... it might be the black part on the rear hatch that ruins it.

Looks ok on the Z - doesnt fit the FX at all IMO.
