Id just use a vacuum and suck it up but if its inside between the cracks of the seats just use some leather cleaner and lightly dab them up works fine when I have dirt stuck between the seats
Vacuum combined with a can of compressed air. As you blow, keep the vacuum near to make sure the loosened sand gets sucked in and not just fall back onto the seat.
I use our house vacuum on all my details. Pulls up just about anything from carpet and seats. Sand is loose enough that it should be no problem.
It's not an upright though, but has the long hose. I would recommend an attachment like in the top right if you need to loosen the sand, or the long one right below for getting into cracks.
