Whats the best way to drop my fx?I want it pretty low but dont want the wheels rubbing on anything when i turn or hit bumps.Should i go with springs ,cut the stock springs,or get coilovers?Thanks.Fx ride is alittle stiff so i dont want it to get much worse.My budget is alittle low but i dont mind putting in extra money for something good.im using stock 20's ...any pictures would be helpful.Thanks.

i am sure you have read this thread

///9300&highlight=racing+coilovers

if you're mechanically inclined, then it's very easy to do. and it takes care of everything.
and the clicks decide what kinda ride you want.

Yea ive read this before and i definitely want it but im not sure if i want to spen 1000 on it.Do the eibach springs get you pretty low?my dads a mechanic so i learn from him .I also heard about cutting the front spring and then shaving the rear mounts to get it lower but i have no clue on what they mean about for the rear.

If you are on a budget springs are the way to go. Eibach springs get you a bit more drop out of the box than H&R's. You can purchase H&R's, cut the front coils 1/2 coil and use a lower rubber mount in the upper mount position that will gain you an additional 1/2" drop and won't affect your ride dramatically. Be careful when cutting springs though, you can really hose your ride if it's not handled correctly.

all depends cut springs will not maintain a good ride because you are changing the spring rate there will be some bouncyness in the rears as well and even if you get new struts the ride will still be a little harsh. I know those coilovers are expensive but they are worth it. but H&rs are not a bad choice either or it all depends on what you want. I am guessing if you buy the h&rs you might want to get new stuts as well so that might run you around $600 dollars give or take.
