Best place to purchase OEM Aero kit

The original kit is not made in China it's made in Japan.

The one you have is a replica because around the top of the lip is a rubber lining that keeps water from collecting and getting in on the inside of the lip.

Also I noticed in the picture that on the sides of the lip the mounting points are molded on to the lip. On the real OEM lip the sides are seperate from the rest of the kit.

Ok thanks. This makes a lot more sense. I'll test fit it in the coming weeks to see how it fits. Hopefully its not a complete disaster but for a little less than $200usd, it was worth a try for me here since my local dealership don't sell the OEM kit. Also the replica vettel seems a bit promising too. I'll also be the test mule for this if it pans out.

Guys a little update on the kit. I finally decided to pick up a full oem kit in China (since I work there sometimes) for a little less than $200usd shipped to my factory. The quality of the kit is decent and seems to be consistent with the OEM kit and since I bought this for experimental purposes, I wasn't too optimistic. It comes unpainted and I will have a go and see how the fitment is. The person who sold these kits claim that its from the first mold that the OEM kits used. I usually don't see things in china being copied unless they were originally produced in china which makes me suspect that infiniti had it made there, have it painted their OEM colors and sold for a reasonable margin.

$200....? Must be a knockoff, even if its from somebody getting their hands on the first mold it's not going to be OEM quality. let's see how it lines up.
 
Wow replica OEM kit?? Never buy replica period, cheaply made and always fitment problems.
 
so any news opn how the replica kit fits?

i just got a quote at the local stealership. for just the lip they are asking $800 painted for just the lip and $937 in total to ge it install!!!!!! I really replica as long as it fit right and isn't made with some super heavy material. Any news on how it fits?


Or the other option is is there any dealership in USA that will ship the lip piece to me? I can even go and pick it up and cross the border myself. Or better yet if there are any dealership in WA that has the part in stock I can just go and get it installed? Any recommendation on which stealership to go to?
 
I wouldn't buy or trust a replica bro. $800 painted for just the lip?? that's ridiculous and is def wrong. You can get a lip anywhere for around $460 painted

yea i almost choke on my own saliva when i heard the price. Is there any fellow canadian here with the lip that can tell me if this is the going pricing for all canadians or is my stealership bs ing me?

in case that $800 is really the canadian price i have to pay, is there as usa dealer that you guys can recommendation where I can get a good deal on the lip shipped? I live near the border its easy for me to go and pick it up and maybe even get it installed.
 
Yeah dont do replica aero kits. Atleast with the real OEM aero kit you get guaranteed 100% fitment and it comes factory painted compared with the replica kit it will need to be painted aftermarket.
 
Contact Orange Coast Infiniti or Perry Infiniti in California, a lot of people have bought from them.
