Best chrome paint?

I was working on my headlights when the painter's tape peeled off some chrome and now I'm stalled in my project because I need that chrome back.

I tried duplicolor's instant chrome and it's no where close to chrome, more like aluminum.

Any knows of a good chrome paint?
 
nothing will match that chrome, the chrome is too delicate to be able to tape, tape will remove the chrome. it is extremely difficult to black out with chrome rings & get it to still be flawless, I've tried many times without sucess of flawless, best your going to do is at lest decent & not too much chrome damage, but may take several tries to get it at least decent... good luck with that, either start buying headlights or settle for painted rings, once the chrome is blemished it's done, no fixing it...
 
Ya, I tried 3 different chrome paint and they all come out aluminum...i don't get how they state the cap matches the paint lolz! Well one headlight is perfect, this one was damaged so i'll have to get another headlight unless someone has a chrome bezel that they want to sell me.

I watched a youtube video of a guy putting chrome on a darth vader helmet and it looked like he was spraying it with water until it chromed??? i don't get this concept...how is that done?
