'Beep' noise from the light

I recently upgraded my headlights and fog lights to 8000k HID, but when I turn them on first thing in the morning it makes 'beep' noise for like 4 seconds then disappear. And after that there is no noise for the rest of the day. I think the noise is coming from the upgraded fog light kit. Is this normal? or something is wrong? Please let me know ! Thank you guys

from the outside of the car?
the noise you are hearing most likely is from your foglight ballast. How loud is it? I know it is normal for the ballast to "squeal" when the first come on.

what kinda of HID kit? really cheap one?

I hear the noise from the outside of the car. I don't think it's that loud but it's audible. The kit isn't a cheap one. It costed me some money lol I heard it's a very reliable Japanese brand. Thanks

the noise is from the HID ballast.
normal, considering you said its not very loud. I have the same thing when I turn on mine.

maybe provide a link or pics of the one you used.

The name of the HID kit brand is JDM

Happens to me, but I only notice it when I only turn the lights on without the car on. Don't notice it when I start the car inside it. I think I read somewhere it has something to do with the power going to the ballast, but I'm not sure.
