JBT setup is really nice, you will be very happy with it. The only reason I went Kido BBK was the customizing options you get.

Oh don't think about it. Do it. New hardware and fluid will be good. I use ATE fluid; http://www.amazon.com/ATE-706302-Or...0WM4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1337091033&sr=8-2. One litter is plenty.
