autumn copper fx35

Great pics love the color....

How about painting the bull bar black and making an fx police car.:2smile:

dude, your fx really looks sweet, so agressive, really looks tough, reminds me of road warrior... nice look overall

Very nice. You should add one of those to ROTM thread for October

Looks very aggressive, Nice! A black bull bar would look extra tough!!!

Everything is working here. Even the side steps . . although they are really pointless.
A blk bar would look pretty tough, but it does pick up on the chrome side strip.
Your ride looks tasty & well thought out, & never seen 20s look sooo good.

thanks guys for the comments. those are actually 20's. hehe. the black makes them look bigger than they actually are. the side steps and bull bar are both made by romik. lowered the car with H&R but wasnt low enough for me. so i got the sidesteps to make the car look lower. hehe. so it's more for aesthetics purposes. i actually thought of painting the bull bar black. but wanted it to help tie in the little chrome that's left on around the car. i got my car back about a month ago. but been having crazy problems with it. had alignment issues at first. dealer wasnt able to do my alignment. took it back to body shop, alignment is fine now. but started to hear humming and scraping sounds from front left wheel. thought maybe it was my rotors. swapped it out and put back my stock rotors. noticed there was a huge scrape on the backside of my powerslots. thought maybe that was the cause. with the stock rotors....still had humming and scraping sound. =T and the scraping sound was only audible when going straight or making right turns. no scraping when making left turns. but the humming was always there. took it to the dealer and they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it so took it back to the bodyshop tues morning cause mon was labor day. on my way to the shop, heard a loud PING, like metal snapping. immediately my steering started to vibrate more. oh crap! was that my lug?!? i was like 2 blocks from the shop, got there and noticed 2 of my studs have snapped!!! OMG!!!!! good thing i wasnt on the highway. that wouldve been bad news all over again. shop replaced the studs, redid my alignment. said everything was fine. driving back to work, the humming started to come back and it's been slowly getting louder and louder. made appt to go to another infiniti dealer to have the car looked at. driving to NJ tonight in the rain....FX hydroplaning like i've never experienced. wasnt even raining that hard. was going 55 on highway and tried to change lanes but steering was non-responsive in both directions. this went on for like 10-15 secs...no joke! thought there was something wrong with my steering. slowed down to 40, still no response with steering. then slowly it started to drift and i pulled over. everything looked fine so back on the road. sucker hydroplaned os easily! it was not a fun drive to NJ! have BFG KDW2. they're designed for rain use and i had them on my Z before and had no problems going 70 on the highway in rain with them. FX has been giving me nothing but headaches. car is back but not quite back yet. hate driving it lately.... =T

sorry for the rant, kinda annoyed about the car......at least it looks nice. hehe.

Sorry to hear about all the troubles, but once a car is in a big wreck its usually never the same. Tend to be more sensitive to noises and such so that makes it even worse. Hope everything gets resolved and your back to enjoying the FX again!

yea, i know. i know. learned my lesson. just want it back together so i can enjoy driving it again. thanks guys.....love you FX people! oh yea....saw a DG FX with black wheels in philly area. anyone here??
