autozone brake pads for our fx

any idea if autozone brake pads work well with our fx35? any recommendations??

I like Akebono ProAct Ceramic pads. Very little dust and stops good.

I replaced my oem pads with carquest house branded pads over a year ago and have been 100% sqeak free. By that I mean that I have NEVER heard them squeak or squeal going forward orr backward since the swap. I didn't notice a differrence in stopping power, but I also never really performed a proper comparison between the two brands.

Autozone brakes tend to be a little bit too hard of a compound. This causes the rotors too warp easier with the Autozone brakes.

Try and stay OEM...they work great.

+1, i believe my friend went this route and bought some cheap pads and rotors from a local auto parts store and in the end he had to buy all new pads and rotors again. As well as they wore out faster than OEM did.

Fwiw, my rotors are warped a bit (shuddering under braking). Could be from the non-oem pads...

i think my rotors are warped as well since my fx have the similar symptoms..
