Audiovox by dice help

Got a audiovox by dice installed it doesn't work.. radio cd charger stopped working when I put it in any clue why?

Not sure if the Y-cable that comes with Dice can fit other connectors. I would just double check if the connector is plug-in correctly. I have installed 4 of of them without any issue.

It only fit one connector, one the back which is the left one on the second row.?

I just installed one yesterday and there no wrong way to connect it
