Audio/Video iPod/iPhone Integration into your FX

Oh you know what I mean. Just the push start switch alone not gonna work. It's only the beginning. :smile (2):

I'm 85% sure the iPhone 4 and below suffered from an inferior Bluetooth stack, and that's why everyone tells me I'm muffled and sometimes crackly. I'm told the iPhone 4S got updated Bluetooth, but haven't had anyone with the FX confirm. Of course if you have a different device, all bets are off. I just wonder if I could splice the MB mic in place of the factory mic.

SteadiFX have you upgraded to a 4S or 5 yet? If so, does the SIRI Eyes Free work well. Has anyone else tried it?

Has the MediaBridge held up well after a year?
Is the Ease of Use and Reliability good for a tech novice?

I, for some reason, do not receive notifications of replies to this thread anymore. I think hijacked my notifications and I don't use that app anymore.

Anyways for anyone wondering who hasn't tried it yet, the iPhone 5 works on the MediaBridge as if nothing has changed. Any device like the MediaBridge that takes USB audio and uses a DAC (digital to analog converter) will be future proof.

I am working on updating the video installation to work with the iPhone 5 on my Kuda mount. I'll definitely post the changes when it's done!
