Audi style led's

Whats up fellas. Those audi lights are starting to look very attractive and I'm planning on installing them. Either I'm going for broke and cut through the bumper or attach them through the vents by the fog lights. I dont want to spend too much on this and I just want to go through the ebay route.
Does anyone have any experience with buying these types of led's through ebay (durability)? Can I just splice it through the fog lights? Any input would be appreciated thanks in advance.

Only one that has done this is humbertocali. But he went through Audi dealer to get his and I know it was not cheap.

Yeaaaaa... Your fx will look like every other civic/integra/dodge/etc out there. Bertos leds are off of an a6 I believe and actually integrated into the bumper = win. I always disliked those eBay strips people put on their cars. Unless u do it right (like Bert) and spend some serious $$$ then don't bother. It'll look cheap and a weak attempt at making the fx look cooler. My .02

Bro, with all due respect on your opinion, it wasnt what I was asking. I need to know how durable those cheap, waterproof leds are from ebay. There's a member on here who has it I think he's from Beirut. It looked nice. And we cant even touch Berto's FX....Maybe theres a cheaper alt. than buying audi oems but will give the same brightness. Its nothing serious just getting bored. I cant spend too much cause this car's days are numbered (year from now).

The good saying is you get what u pay for. My bros buddy went through 2 pairs already (1yr) and they cost him over $50/set. Funny thing is he "modified" his civics bumper to fit those and now has to either replace the bumper or keep buying the strips :)

I saw a pair on ebay for $19 free shipping. I just like the way they look as daytime running lights. I hope they at least last more than a month. lol...

yea i say go for it! I mean as long as you go into it with the assumption that you may be down 19 bucks then i say why not! hope it works out.
