At Check Warning Light

Im not sure whats wrong with my fx but its like its stuck in first gear and the At Check warnings light comes on for like 8 seconds. Can somebody tell me how i fix this.

I had a similar problem with my Chrysler 300 I had to change the speed sensor on it because it went bad and the car went into limp mode and was stuck on first gear.
