Ark M35 (pic intensive)

I did sorta... I pulled the wheels off and hit it with a rubber mallet just enough to give me a 1-2mm space heres when i first put then on

You have to be extremely careful because you can break the lip away from the fender and cause a world of problems down the road by allowing water ect to get in between your outer fender and then inner fender. After i pushed the lip out i used a very thin layer of bondo to make the inner lip extremely smooth and seal the inner lip just in case then took rubber spray paint (any rubberized protected coating would work) so deadin the noise and protect it even more. I had my tsx done this way for 6-7 years and if done correctly the structural integrity of your fender will be fine. If this is neglected then your gonna be inna world of hurt down the road lol

So it looks like you don't want to tell what your custom spring rates are, I was just trying to help and to let you know that the D2's front spring rate out of the box are:

Front 16k
Rear 8.7k

These numbers are not custom.

I hope you got stiffer spring rates because 10k does nothing for the M's, even less for the M45
 
Its been some time. sorry i haven't kept this up to date. heres a few updates. headed to dallas on the 18th next month to get my air installed

also I thru on some spacers. 15mm front making it +5 then 20mm in the rear for +/-0. saving up for new wheels now so these will be for sale soon BUT in the mean time i put her in the shop to have the fenders widened

also heres a shot of the tank and exo mounts i had powder coated gloss black and white. i forgot to say that i'm pulling the red suede out and swapping to black diamond stitched suede that will also match my seat inserts coming soon.

wow that looks amazing. How do you like the junction curtains. CAn you take a pic with the rear curtains pulled and opened? I've been thinking about getting some.
