April ROTM (CLOSED)

DO NOT USE FOR APRIL, I already have one up, so this is for May. I just made it so I thought I would post a preview. I will repost it when the next ROTM thread is up. :iS:

Well, I didn't take these obviously, since I'm driving the FX at the time, but I will take credit for the photo editing. My friend has a real nice DSLR and I got him to shoot some pics so I could have some good ones for ROTM, and for another friend to actually draw a picture of my FX to frame in my room. I am using the first ROTM pic for that. We are going to do another shoot in the coming couple of months because he said he has more equipment and can do more stuff, like the motion background while the car is completely still, etc. My point & shoot shots were ok, but they never look as good as his. Thanks for the complement. :tup:

Damn Stu, very nice shot. This one also looks like you can frame it and put it up on your wall. hahahaha.

Well I already have a car theme going in my room, with framed pictures. Bathroom has some Michael Schumacher tribute drawing that I got in Maranello, and over my bed is a pretty big picture of the Murcielago LP640 I got in Sant'Agata:

I think the pic is too small to tell, but it actually has a bit of blur already. I was mostly trying to only change the background though, so it really sets them apart. I can't decide between non-moving car and moving background, or non-moving background and moving car (with the wheels blurred).

See it is really driving, but I want the standing still look with the background moving. Actually these pics I didn't even know were being taken at the time. I thought we were just doing runs from the front, so I was on the way to do a u-turn and come back. :cool:
