Anyone ordered from USAcuators recently or heard from him?

Hello, I have a 2004 FX35 AWD with the infamous door lock actuator problem. I went searching online & found the info here that it's common on these & then also came across USActuators. Looks like the way to go so ordered a month ago, but haven't heard anything since. No phone pickup & no email reply. Does anyone know if they're still doing the actuator kits or not? Thanks!
 
Unfortunately I have a feeling that they are no longer doing business. I have read a few posts similar to yours over the last few months.
 
I ended up requesting a reversal of charges with VISA. Have not heard anything back from USActuators since the order was placed in early June & I've emailed, called, & messaged here in the forum. Guess he's not doing it anymore either, but needs to take down the site/ online store if that's the case.
 
If they are no longer making the kits, does anyone have experience using generic door lock actuators such as one might find on ebay?
 
USActuators will just take your money and not send anything or respond to emails at this point. Ive purchased from them in the past, and the front two doors have their kits in them. However last spring I ordered ine for a rear door, paid the money via PayPal, but no product, no contact, no refund. I went to the trouble of looking up and identifying the owner, finding his Facebook site and his address in Cali. Though about stopping by to pay him a visit, lol. But PayPal finally Gor A response from him several months later and the money was returned. However the site is still up, and will take your money still!
Avoid them.
