Anyone install pre-loaded tv headrests in their 09+?

I was able to obtain a pair of headrest monitors w/dvd built in with all of the wiring and components needed. (Previous owner had an FX as well.) I was trying to do a search on how to install them myself but i'm not the most technically savvy. Alongside, the local installer wanted $ 150.00 in do the install. Anyone point me in the right direction please?

I hope those aren't those from that eBay auction. I saw the guy selling them and the item description for those headrests are misleading. Those ones you bought aren't the oem DVD headrests. They were an after aftermarket screen installed into the headrest on the seat. I messages the guy about them before and was interested in them but he lied because I found out the oem DVD headrests look different.

The ones from Infiniti are made by Panisonic. The ones he sold you have no name. Since they are aftermarket it might pose a problem trying to install them yourself.

Yeah, those were from the ebay auction. I knew that they weren't OEM but looked close to it. I wanted to get some monitors for my kids on long drives but wasn't ever planning on spending 1300 dollars for it. EVER. I figured 224.00 shipped wasn't a bad deal. He had perfect feedback and he had an '09 FX before removal.
 
I never took them out of the box. In all honesty, I jumped on these so quickly since it was a lot cheaper than the OEM monitors. I thought a little more into it and really didn't want to have my young kids get used to having a tv in front of their face all the time (watching tv at home, ipad, etc.) I also work in sales and travel a lot so the thought of having to constantly put a cover over the headrest in bad neighborhoods would quickly irritate me.

I had a change of heart and decided against it before going through the hassle of installing them. I would've sold them a little sooner, but Hurricane Sandy came through and greeted me with a tree through my roof.

Thanks for the inquiry. The only thing I changed in the description was making sure people knew it wasn't OEM, but looked close to it (previous ebayer didn't do that and a member on infinitiscene pointed that out.)

Reserve is 220. I used the exact same listing as the previous seller (his buy it now was 375). As listed above, I never took it out of the box or installed it. Decided against it since I have a young 3 year old and 1 year old and didn't want them to get used to having a monitor in their face all the time.

I've sold a ton on ebay and have perfect feedback. Feel free to check my feedback with ebay and my previous forum (maxima.org) under the name Nismotic.

I can understand your concern, but I wouldn't be listing them ANYWHERE if they were broken. I would be trying to get my money back from the previous seller.
 
Does anyone know if the 04 fx35 head rest would fit on a 2010 fx35…i found some nice dvd headrests and i want to buy them?? Someone please help
