Anyone here ride dirt bikes?

Any trails, dirt tracks, farms, you know of in the pg county, alexandria va area?

Im looking at purchasing a 125 or 250 two stroke. (if i can sell my bass + cabinet)

Dont know anything about where to go ride but if you are looking on a bike I would go with a YZ 250. I rode one when I used to do freestyle and I loved it. I would ride and beat the crap out of it and never had any issues with it.( other than what woud break when I crashed).

I looked at a YZ 250 yesterday that they guy had on craiglist. He wanted $2100.00 for it (that i didn't have).

I had a cr 250 (the jeremy mcgrath color sheme) back in 1996.

+1 on CR. (but nothing against YZ)
SoCal mountain trail rider signing in. I'd imagine that Maryland has some awesome trails and back roads.

I loved that CR. The suspension was so stiff on it.

It actually was too much bike for me, back in 96.

For my skill set though, i should've brought the 125 but back then they were only a few hundred dollars difference. I paid $3500.00 for the 250, brand new out the door, back in 1996. The 125's were around $3100.00.

I know maryland has many trails but i've been out've that loop since 96, lol! We alos have Bud's Creek race way, which is about 1 hour from me.

I just want something i can put my son on and ride around on (he's 3)

Ideally if i could find a used kx 50 and put some training wheels on it, that'd be perfect.

It all starts with someone buying my bass and amp first.
