Been looking at other Infiniti shift knobs from G's, M's, etc... and even Nisssan 350's, and wasn't sure if anybody out there knew what is compatible with an '08 FX????
anybody know what other infiniti shift knobs will fit an 08 FX?

Pretty much its either the momo or the razo. I looked a VERY long time before just going with the black momo and the 06 chrome shifter panel.
There are a few other generic universal knobs out there but not worth mentioning. Japan may have more choices.

I would think it shoud fit. It will fit the 07 G35 Sedan, comes on an 08 M45 Sport and will fit my 09 FX35.
I'm sure the Infiniti shift knobs are pretty standard with each other.
Yes, Jeff has the ideal situation for doing this where he works. That's the knob I have (shift knob )
I'll take one tomorrow.

Found a Razo shifter on FleaBay for 50, Made an offer for 35, done deal. Blk leather lower with Slvr top. Saw the Momo but like the design of the Razo better, not to mention way less coin. When it comes I will install and review.

Jeff, why not just cut a couple of grooves like below, the only thing is the shift knob sits a bit higher.M45 Does not fit 1st gen
main problem is the plunger type thing will not fit on the 1st gen shifter assy.
secondly the knob will not clip to the 1st gen shift boot
I might have another option soon gotta test fit

I used a sharpie cap to make a shift knob work in mine.
Perfect height. Went back to stock knob when I did carbon fiber film though

The white piece does not over the shifter piece its too skinny on the inside to slide on the steel, and the blue one is far too big to fit in the M knob.
If you were to do a bunch of mods to make it fit Im sure you could but for a out of the box fit, It doesnt. I thought about drillind out the white piece but decided to move on to another knob.
