Anybody in NOVA have access to a Consult II/III?

I've been trying to clear this High Idle (P0057) code using the pedal dance forever. I've tried unhooking my battery for a night. I took it to the place that services my engine and they replaced the vacuum hoses. What gives? I still have this SES code and it's pissing me off. Will it pass emissions with the light on?

Does anyone in the NOVA area know how to clear this using the Consult, or using the dance? I'm retarded. Thanks in advance.
 
Why not use an OBD II reader to clear it? Rare to even find someone with a Consult II/III in the US that isn't a dealer.
 
Did you fix the problem? It doesn't matter if you clear the code, it will still come back if the problem is still there.
