Per the title. Is there some way to tell an FX50 from an FX35 (of same year)? My wife asked, and I told her I have no clue. The only way I can tell wouuld be the wheels (and even thats not a good sign, as others have switched away from factory ones or added fx50 wheels to a fx35. The only thing I know external different is just that FX50 sticker in the back..

No other ques right?

Thanks.

Jon

If you are up close, the brake calipers are different. But even those could be changed out. Can't think of anything else.

No other way to tell besides the wheels and badge on the back. Oh yeah and ofcoarse the bigger brakes.

Oh and if you have the sport package on the FX50 it gives you darker chrome and tinted headlight housings. Oh and the FX50 exhaust sounds different than the FX35 exhaust.

The sport package adds quite a bit of look appeal/feature differences to the outside and inside which can only be on a FX50S, not a FX35 so when I see these I know right away it's a FX50. Not so much with the base FX50.

all mid 2011 FX35's now have the chrome pieces (vents, door moldings) that the FX50's have so unfortunately no more exclusivity for that. just really the brakes now and thats it.

fx50 w/ sport package also has different seats than the rest of the FX's... and the adjustable suspension dampening button.
