another question for the roof bars, tail lights, head lights.

hello guys i just joined the community and have a bunch of questions to ask.
Let me start off with the roof bars.
I don't want to eliminate them, i just want to paint them with the same color as the body (silver). to do this do i need to take the bars off the roof and paint them? or i can do it with them attached? Im so new not only to this forum but also doing car stuff. Is it easy to paint them by myself? if not how much do those cost in the body shop?

For the lightings, I want to change my stock tail light to cleared tail light (i think it matches good with silver body) but before that I would like to hear some opinions. I honestly don't know what kinds of tail lights exist. I once thought about blacked out tail light but never seen one for myself and have no idea how good it matches with silver body.

the last (sorry im keeping it so long), what head lights go best with the cleared tail light and silver body? I want my fx to look very simple, not too busy.
all the fx here looks so fantastic they don't even look like the same car as mine. Mines all stock and it seems mines too far away to look close the ones you have.

as for the lights, many have bought used ones from ebay, there are only two types of rear lights/ head lights. some have painted it black (this will be harder since yo will have to open up light housing).

also many will tell you do a search first, because many of your questions have been discussed in length and sometimes beaten to death lol.

If you have some photoshop skills it's a great way to test out new ideas before making a commitment. It's fun to post those ideas on here for people to look at. Otherwise, it's purely subjective... Look at some of the whips in the photo section for ideas, too!
