for those who have the nismo exhaust, do you guys just buy one that its a G35 or 350Z and have it fitted or do they make one only for the FX35? I have a friend with a G35 and he told me you just need an extension to connect the nismo exhaust to the stock pipes, is that true?

They dont make one for the FX.....You have to get the G35 Extension piece and then take it to a muffler shop to extend the tips out a bit.

That extension piece is needed for both the G & the FX. The Nismo is specifically made for the 350, & there is no other version.
The extension fits between the midpipe & the rear can.

you guys sure reply fast......thanks for your help, i'm still waiting for my JWT popcharger to get here, should be here tomorrow and the Z-tube here so then i'll wait and see how loud that gets first then maybe the exhaust. My car(mb C230) had an eisenmann race exhaust and that have hella loud but cool so maybe i'll enjoy the nismo one too. I really want it but my mom is already saying that i'm modding the car after having it for one week. yea i'm 22 and live at home so mom is saying that i'm wasting money.

Nismo is really not that loud, & no drone either. Though, Test pipes or HF Cats will make it scream.
