Just found this web site while searching for info on the FX35. Been driving a 99 suburban since we bought it new. Now the kids are grown, the boat is sold & its time to downsize our ride. My wife is kinda partial to either a Murano or Lincoln MKZ, but I just fell in love with the FX. We can't afford a FX45, but have found a slightly used 06 FX35 that should be within our budget. Hope to have it within a couple of weeks, depending on what I learn from this "looks to be" very informitive site. My background is mainly street rods / drag cars. My latest project is a 1951 GMC P/U (resto-rod). Its finished so now I want to play with an FX. There are some great looking rides on this site!

35 & 45 should be close to the same pricing in the pre-owned market. Take a look around.
 
welcome, i actually came from a '00 tahoe to the FX. i wanted something more sporty, but after driving the tahoe i still wanted an suv.
 
Welcome. Out of those three - Murano, MKZ and FX - I think the FX is certainly the best choice. Especially if driving dynamics mean anything to you.
