Hey guys, tuesday before thanksgiving I had to give up my much loved 350z due to the fact that my wife and I have a 4 yr old son and a daughter on the way (due in March!). I tried my hardest to hold on to it, but eventually lost the fight to the wife. lol But I picked up a 04 FX 35...and man I really do love this thing. I looked at the FX b/c I really wanted to keep the same engine and oh man that exhuast note, plus it really is a sexy SUV. So really the FX was the ONLY alternative to my Z. (The G35C wasnt going to cut it due to needing more room and being RWD only). But this site seems really cool, and I look forward to hanging out here!:laugh:
 
hey, welcome... give it a little time & you probably won't even miss your z... you might start to think you shoulda did this long ago even:tongue:

Any mods that you had on your Z that you are transplanting to your FX?
 
Yea... but i was wondering if there was a MASSIVE event going on that i dont know about that u guys might know about... haha if anything ill be at MTV's new years bash... :laugh:
 
i feel your pain, man! i had 2 different 350z roadsters. moving from cali to colorado made me trade in my Z for an AWD. i looked at the nissan titan, hummer, jeep, and other suv's but when i saw the fx, i knew that i just had to get it! man, this ride has the spirit of the Z, looks that are uncompromised, and luxury that compares higher end vehicles. the fx is definitely a comparable alternative; im glad im not the only former Z'er here. welcome and enjoy the ride! i know i have. :cool:
