How about this schedule, will it work? Not sure what will be the best area to park for Nurotag show.

9am-9:45am Meet and Greet (suburbs???)
11am-1pm Nurotag show (Navy Pier)
1:30pm-3pm Lunch (???)
3pm-4pm Cruise (Highway or maybe some twisty back roads???)
