Annual Midwest Spring/Fall Area Meet in Chicago

Chicago has more hamburger hungry babes than money hungry.

Is Sunday the alternative day?

It's too early to predict. Monday morning weather said 0% chance of rain. I remember well because we planned our whole memorial day based on this 0%. By 1pm I saw heavy clouds and remembered mentioning to Kim while driving that is weird looks like its going to rain but really it won't rain today since this morning said 0%. By 4pm it down poured until midnight. Heavy rain, dark, and unpleasant outside. I couldn't believe yet again for the 1,000th time they were 100% incorrect and still wonder why the hell we still feel the urge constantly to rely on these sources of information. Even again today I was checking for tomorrow even though Monday night I told myself no way.
 
Today was pretty damn gorgeous around here. I guess we'll see what Mother Nature has in mind. Hopefully we don't have to push it as I won't be able to make Sunday.
 
I'm hoping it's not 0%. 0% always turns into 100%. Happened to me too many times in the midwest. RIP doesn't realize how unpredictable Chicago/Michigan weather is yet.

Haha ya the weather is ridiculously unpredictable. Can't even trust meteorologists these days.
 
What's the status? Also, the city will be a mess because of multiple conventions going on. So lots and lots of people from out of the country coming in this weekend.

What are you suggesting?

This is also why the event is 8am and not 10am when it would be crowded in downtown Chicago.

As far as weather....I think we won't really know until early tomorrow morning. I think the call should be made early enough before Zebra and Smijus to decide if they should leave Wisconsin. I'm not sure what time that would be to make the call if the event should take place or be delayed to Sunday?

As of right now, it looks like it will be on/off rain patches tonight and then clear tomorrow all morning and early afternoon. But again nobody knows really until maybe the day of the event.
 
Jonas is right, can't really tell how the weather going to be until tomorrow morning. It will be a tough calls for the Wisconsin guys. I'm still in rain or shine.
 
I just think something comes up I always somehow miss these I refuse to believe it will go accordingly! But like Andy I am in rain or shine. If its raining could make for some cool pictures too never know!

My FX is not afraid of rain.
iS members are still the best members even if they are wet.
Dim Sum is still good.

Part of me hope it rains because ill be in panic mode tonight trying to wash it if not! The dirt helps hide the ridiculous scratches I've obtained while in the city... :disapointed:
