I think some clearaces for GT-Spec 4 pt ladder bracing must be considered in the splash panel design. Aluminum doesn't rust I believe :.smile:

I talked to him, showed him pics of other pan, he just seemed uninterested and thru out a high price $400-500. I thought I would help him out throw some work his way.

I didnt want to highjack the other thread, but couldnt they make them like these with a swing trap door and 2 piece design for a great price!

This look good.. But it has no ventilation.. I mean it's great for the price.
The problem with that kind of door is that after a while it start to rattle. And the way it gets secured doesn't keep my mind sound.

you can always add a foam strip around the edge for vibration.
As for ventilation, have them add some vents.
I cant justify paying +>$300 for a gt spec piece, thats a HUGE markup.

I agree. Anything over $200 for this type of mod is way too over priced.
