Yeah bro.. That look sick.. If that person can do this kind of work. Can't imagine making the part they are selling. In fact ask him how much would he do it for and send me a pm please. Thanks!

I think if custom manufacturing can be done, I think it'd be a great opportunity for a two piece design.. One covering the front, the other extending to where the mid chassis brace mounting points are.. Put some ribs on it and it'd be both beautiful and functional (less drag)..

You can buy those ARC products from someone who already has one. Just don't know if it will fit. Will this guy make multiple ones and ship them out?

Sound great..!!! I like these ideas!! Pelon need to talk to that dude and see what he can get for us.

^^^

why stop there.... cont it all the way back to the muffler

Stu ... locally ... yes, at least this guy is closer than ARC in JPN lol

Well, except from the rear muffler area, there's not much drag over there.. I think a front plate with oil pan access & a mid-front plate that covers the rear section up to y-pipe connection will be both cheaper and easier to do.. Plus, if you do it all the way then you have to consider the fact that many people have different exhaust setups.. My (now Stu's) APS mid pipe connection would never fit with that huge 3.5" flange, for instance.. Then there's the Stillens, Invidias etc that doesn't use the same path the stock exhaust does.. Most feasible would be a two piece at most I think..

I will try to bring him the car and let him look at this week don't know if I'll have time, otherwise next week.

show your guy the pics of the 350z pan, maybe he can get more ideas.
it would be nice to hand him a stock cover to compare, or even one from a member who recently broke theres. (Mongolian is close to you )

We trying to get away from the stock pan.. Making it alluminum won't make it better. Lol

Pelon show your friend the pict from the 350z Pan better.. So he can get the right idea. Don't even show him the stock one lol..

Ok.. I just wouldn't like for pelon to Show him the stock one and then his friend thinks that's what we want In alluminum.!. Better show him the 350z pan look under the FX and figuredout mounting points or just better angles of the 350z pan.

Good call Alan!

Ok don't make it like the stock one...... That doesn't give him much of a description of what most of us want here.. It woulnd be simplier to show the builder some picts of what we want so he get The Right Idea and from there make it the same or better...
