Air Filter Size

I bought a Purolater Air Filter and it is to small. I looked in the manual and the filter itself several times before leaving the store. I am going to return it. The only other filter they had was a K&N which I am not sure of as I don't want the oily residue to kill the MAF sensor. What brand does everyone run when using the stock intake?

I use k&n in my last few vehicles. Be careful when reoiling them and you shouldn't have issues. I never have.

I bought a paper stp filter. I did see Spectre reusable filters similar to k&n for$20. Still don't know if i want to try oiled filters.
