Air condition piece missing.

Hi, the piece he is holding in this picture. Anyone got a part number.? I am missing it.
Dont think i got any cold air, can this be the problem? What parts do i need.?
I am talking about thw picture in the middle. On the front of my a/c compressor

Here is the part# for it: 92660-AG00A. You may want to get a used compressor and take what you need from it to fix up your. New one runs about $400.

I don't think you can get the shim separately. Just the whole clutch assembly ($500). I think I would check a junkyard first or get an appropriately sized flat washer from the hardware store.
