Ken, I did not know these were a staggered setup. I don't like the fact that the tires are of 2 different heights. It is minimal but still present. And with the AWD system there could be be issues. No worries for a RWD 35. I have staggered on the nismo's but the tires are the same and I only use them for track and not daily driving.

What's the offset of the wheels?

Love the wheels though.

Nice Choice Ken!!! 10x better than the Foose.

the Foose were an impulse buy. I wanna sell'em but Berto and Will advised me it's better to have a 2nd set of wheels/tires... just in case. But honestly? If I was selling the Foose... I wouldn't even advertise in IS or ORG... I wouldn't do that to fellow FXer... I think they would be great on a Mustang tho... (obviously with lo pro tires). I think it'd rather go over to a Mustang forum and place an ad there. Too bad they're not staggered.

It should not throw off the AWD that much.. It's just that the difference from your front to your rear thread could be a bit of an issue when it comes to power and response.

Hence the diameter of your whells are diffrent from your front. Even though we run an 80/20 split. 80% of power to the Rear and 20% power to the front.

The AWD mostly kicks in when you are negotiating any type of turn. The AWD enables your FX to have a more agrresive and control when you are taking a turn.

But, you should be fine. The difference is not that much.

Ken, I wouldn't worry too much. You should try some aggressive maneuvering once you get the vibration issue resolved to see if there is any issue with this setup and the AWD system. Try it with the VDC off and on to see if any lights show up. But like I said don't worry too much about it as it is a minimal difference.

Actually, you might want to take it too the autoX course at the HKS meet and run the course to see if anything shows up. If there is anything its bound to show up when it is pushed and stressed.

yep, I agree. they would look great on something like a domestic muscle car!

.... " I wouldn't do that to a fellow FXer"....

You took some great pix!

thanks Dave, hey if you have the time... can you please PS these wheels in a matte black for me? (leave lip/rivets chrome if you can). It's a possible project in the future...

I like the DG wheels on the brilliant silver actually, nice contrast.

P.S. Pictures near a farm?
