Hey guys. I've been debating putting in aftermarket seat warmers into the mini. They start from $50 and up a pair. Anyone have first hand experience with these? They're fairly new (as far as I know) so I'm not completely confident in them. The reviews online seems good.

What worries me most is wether the pads will leave imprints from heat since they'll be placed under the seat covers.

I remember reading something on the subject somewhere on here. Someone put them in the back seats and used OEM switches. Seemed pretty slick. I know I'm not providing the useful info you need, but maybe it's on here somewhere.

Found the thread. It went into infinity and not much answers there....

I had a friend who had them installed in his nissan rogue. and the dealer I worked at used to get them installed for clients all the time.

I can't imagine you would have too many problems. They normally do not get hot enough to do any damage.

Well I guess Ill give it a try. Seems like the Mini's seats are easy to skin (zippered).
