So I installed these rotors a few months back and I am already seeing rust, or what seems like rust, in the drilled holes. Is this normal? Is there any way to keep the drilled holes clean?

It's not a defect, it's normal, Metal will rust... You can use a brake cleaner. Or you can paint it with a High Temperature paint to prevent rusting. Unfortunately the non friction areas(holes/slots) are not plated like on a high end rotors.
 
I meant to mention here that I just bought some extended wheel studs for FX#2 and BC coilovers for the wifey express from the good sir zebra. The pricing was great and everything arrived on time. I would consider it an excellent transaction. :thumbup:
 
Can you get SS brake lines to go with these rotors and Akebono? Also, which model brake lines will I need: like the stock Gen 1 or the ones for the Gen 2?
 
They are StopTech SS brake lines. I will be ordering them for my Akebono retrofit also, so I will let you know how they will fit.
 
Looking for front and rear brake pads for 2010 fx35 awd. Oem Prefer but would take suggestion. Cant pm you, I'm a new member.
