Aftermarket Fog HID's

Hey iS,

I was wondering how I would install after market HID foglight into my 05 Fx35. I currently have halogens and want to change to HID's. What would be the easiest way to approach this.
 
In order to install the hid fogs, I drove the fx up on ramps and removed the lower splash guard. Then i removed the bulbs by working my hand into the bumper. To install the hid bulb is pretty much you insert the bulbs and twist. Used zip ties to mount the hid box.
 
Honestly, I replaced mine years ago and recently had a bulb blow. The new bulbs I bought would not fire with my old ballast so I replaced the ballast as well. In both cases, it was MUCH easier and a MUCH cleaner install by simply removing the splash guard and front bumper. It is very simple and after you have done it once the front bumper can be removed in 15-20 mins. Good luck!
