Easy to see if you have a buddy. One of you put it in drive and stand on the brake, then hit the gas at the same time. The other one will see the motor flex about 3/8" if everything is normal OR if you mount is broken, the whole motor will move up to an inch. Don't take your foot off the brake when you do this. You are loading up the drivetrain and if the mount is broken,
Usually it is the driver side mount that is broken since that is the side in tension and the passenger side is in compression. So keep your eyes on the right side of the plenum or valve cover - it should be obvious.
Transmission mount I don't have any experience with - I'm still on my original mount.
