Hello guys and gals! So my headlights are yellow and retain LOTS of moisture inside. Now I know I can fix this but to be honest I don't have the time anymore to play around with fun stuff . So I was just going to buy some aftermarket ones. Now I found a pair of C Style ones that are pretty cool and have a black housing like I really like "going to paint the grill black eventually". But I find NO reviews and no one has anything posted on FX forums. What are your guys opinions and thoughts on these. They look really cool and when I lower the FX on coilovers it will look better! Link below, also pictures of my old FX from my "younger" days!

Those headlamps are sold in various places under various brands. So far, people seem to like them. You'll be downgrading to a halogen bulb for the main lamp but you'll have DRLs. You'll have to tap into a circuit for the DRLs to function.

They look cool. Cheaper than OEM, too.

Thanks maleficio for you reply! I did not think they would need that much work and would be a downgrade! I was hoping they would be a plug and play! Tapping into the circuit seems way beyond my skill. Maybe I'll just save up a little more and buy factory. Thanks again!

Looks really good. Per the instructions, it say you retain and reuse HID Xenon components.

I looked on there site and your right! I'm going to call them this week and see what they say about the installation. Maybe it is a plug and play!

FYI. Our headlights use a nice very well performing projector that performs very well. If I were you, I would look into a professional retrofit company to reseal and re clear the outside lens. At the same time change the fresnal lens to a clear TRS FXR lens and space accordingly. I would also upgrade to osram cbi bulbs at the least for best output in terms of lumens. Paint the projector shield whatever color like red or blue to really make it stand out.
This is all what a professional retrofit company can do. This may not make sense to you and you should google retrofitting fx35 projector.
All these aftermarket headlights are garbage and truly downgrades. I usually buy aftermarket oem style (if I have to go down this route) just to open them up to put the actual stock fx35 projector inside.
Find a retrofit company if none of this makes sense. It is not easy work if you do not have the experience. That’s my input. Good luck!

Thanks for your heads up Daniel! So I actually decided against the C style light and just reseal the ones I had and then used the Sylvania headlight restoring kit on them. Put some new 6k bulbs and she is all better! Glad I decided to go that route and save money while keeping a better product!
