AeroBFA's Autumn Copper FX45 :: 2007 Infiniti FX45

Nice job! When I get into our Mini Cooper, the pattern is reverse from the FX, like how you have it now. It always throws me off when I switch. Never thought of actually reversing the pattern though. Lol

Here is a shot in the dark:

And now I'm gonn have to upgrade to the 06-08 shift kit.. Grr, u guys are evil lol
I take that you like the evil ideas :smile (2): The 06 shifter panel and boot is another nice factory upgrade for the - 06 interior

agree...that is totally how it should be....reason why I don't use the shifter now cause it's ass backwards. Imagine driving stick and going from 1st to 2nd by moving the stick up.

This is a great mod...now watch everyone doing the same hehe

The A-Team was at it again. This time we were able to do the electric fan conversion earlier this week. Gone is the old school, heavy, noisy, and bulky clutch/mechanical fan and in is the new dual electric fan setup from the 35s. I definitely notice the power gain from having this done. Nothing huge, but noticeable. MPG should be slightly better, but I haven't driven long enough to really see the difference yet. The car idles much quieter, warms up a tad quicker, seems smoother on the highway, and I swear my exhaust sounds a little different now. Andrew heard it and it seems louder or different to him too. Due to the low cost to high benefit ratio of this mod, every 45 owner needs do this conversion eventually! A must do mod! Thanks again to Handy Andy for making it happen as usual!

Don't mount the sender the way I did :mad.: :shot: I mounted the sender directly over the mounting hole. After I eproxy it and Andrew try to mount it back on the thermostat and that when I realize how stupid I was. I ended up cut out all the eproxy, take the sender off, slide the bolt in and then proxy the send back on.

Another Handy Andy creation this weekend! This time he was able to create a custom "Euro Spec" taillight conversion for our FXs. We both put a lot of time and effort into making this work. It was a very tedious process of wiring and re-wiring connections and bulbs. Andrew did a lot of prep work into opening and resealing the tails and all of the electrical work. I spent a very long time sanding and painting the side reflectors and getting it to the final product it is now. All I have to say the outcome is fantastic and I am so thrilled to finally have this setup for our cars. We chose to do a rectangle and amber leds for the turn signals. The clear reflector comes from the red tails and I wanted to be unique, so I painted the upper half with red translucent paint and left the lower clear. I use a red 195 bulb behind it, so it lights up all red at night. It's a very subtle change on the side, but looks very unique and custom. Thanks again to Andrew for making it happen! Love, love, love this mod!
