The tips were $110 shipped and spent $80 at a local shop to get them welded. They did a really good job and understood that I was a car guy and the tips had to be perfectly aligned. :nerd (2):
 
Nice, which shop? I was gonna suggest Exhaust Works on N. Aurora Rd in Naperville. They're very attentive to details too.
 
I went to Exhaust Works before when I had the 35 for the same thing and they said no, they wouldn't touch them. Don't you remember me telling you that? I went to Fair Muffler in La Grange, next to John's Auto Body. I've gone to that shop in the past with my other cars and have always been very happy. They did a pretty clean welding job, not sloppy like Wade did that time, lol.
 
Tips look great Andrew but when I first saw your pics I thought that Andy had a lift in his garage! Lol

Do you hve a stock exhaust Andrew? If so do the tips make a difference in sound?

The tips don't make any noticeable sound difference on my stock exhaust. Maybe slightly. If I had longer tips, like Andrew's Wicked Flow tips, it would make a big difference.

It's just the tips only, lol. I don't like the oem look, so I wanted to fill out the rear more. I'm not in a huge rush for an exhaust. Going to keep an eye out for a good deal on a Nismo exhaust that's somewhere out there.
