The iridium blue was not offered at all on the aero kit and I bought a random color and had it repainted and honestly it was well worth it.

Hey rip.... Sorry for missing in action lately but i been very busy with work and life... But i did finish all the work on my fx including the paddle shifter s and the interior led's and the areo kit as well... Im going to try to wash and wax her this weekend. Hopefully i will get some nice pics. Maybe you can help me host so i can finally show you guys my toy that looks like a smaller version of yours...lol

Also, called dealer today and parts are all in.
Thankfully no weird drama in getting the parts.
Got my car back on Friday evening.
Was pleasantly surprised how everything looks.
Honestly the pictures don't do it justice.
If you're on the fence about it at all, you should definitely pull the trigger.
Was slightly disappointed that the rear portion was a little bit conservative.

the front lip has got to be my favorite part, followed by side skirts, and rear last.
honestly I notice the rear portion least...
also installed the fog light trim kit.
definitely upgrades the look a lot.

painted tail lights with a tinted clear coat
honestly it's a little darker than I had in mind, but the look is growing on me
overall feedback on them has been better than expected.
now that the tails are so dark, the silver accents (badge, door handle, trim, etc. kind of sticks out at me.
I'm wondering if I can refinish/paint them like a satin finish so it's not as shiny.
maybe the hyper black GTR wheels will tone down the "chrome" look
any ideas what to tackle next to finish the look?
any comments, feedback is greatly appreciated.

what did you use to tint tail lights?
Thanks, is plastidip the easiest way to go?
I was thinking of maybe vinyl wrapping?
sorry I don't know exactly but I was just told it was a tinted clear coat ($200)
reflectors and backup light were done with window tint film ($30)

never done it before but I may give it a try.
I don't think I want to Black everything out though...
Maybe I'll go for Charcoal (Dark Grey), Gunmetal (Light Grey) or I heard doing a clear plastidip will make factory chrome or stainless more like a brushed aluminum look.
I guess everything is matte unless you do another few layers of Glossifier but it seems the Plastidip becomes harder to remove once that's applied.
Maybe I'll pick this up for $18.50.

I found a nearby place that does chrome delete for $159+, but I guess for $18 I guess it's worth trying it myself...

Yup if you see it in person you will understand. The flare looks awesome and aggressive. Painting definitely won't look the same. I recommend getting the whole kit.
