Adding Composite Video to FX with only USB input?

Hey guys,

As some of you might know, some of our FX's do not have the composite video input in our center console because Infiniti rudely decided to cut costs on us (I have the 2011.5 FX35). The USB is slowww for video and very picky on file formats.

I was cruising the G37 forums and came across this:

Anyone know whether or not this box could be installed on our FX's to get composite video interface? Anyone have expereince with this?

Thanks!

It should work if it works on the G. I've used similar boxes on multiple cars now and the main differences are in the wiring harness that taps into the OE interface. The boxes are pretty much the same, you just move the dip switches around depending on what you want.

Keep in mind with any box you get, you're going to need a separate audio input since they do video only. I once had one that was audio/video, but it wasn't plug and play and the wiring was a bear so I sold it for 2 separate units.
