Just some interesting information to share....

To check out adaptive headlights while parked, put the car in neutral and the passenger headlight will move when turning steering wheel. To move the drivers side headlight, you need to be moving 16 mph (but not sure why that is).

Yeah I knew this lol:tup:

You can also put it in drive and turn the steering wheel left or right and the passenger side will move. The reason why the left side only moves when your driving 16 MPH+ is because the headlights would blind people on the opposite side of the road. Since we drive on the right side here in the U.S, the left side adaptive headlight is only operable/swivels at 16 MPH and so on.

didn't even realize we had "adaptive headlights" until this past weekend while backing into my garage.

haha when I bought mine, I forgot about them too. There are so many tech gadgets in our rides, it's hard to remember at first:rofl:

It wouldn't be very helpful in California. The idea is that it illuminates a turn at high-speed before the car gets pointed in that direction, so you're more likely to see badgers quickly enough to easily hit them. Californian roads are grid-like.

Still, it is fun to notice when the wheel is turned.
