So I lend my friend my car for the weekend and when he brings it back he tells me that the stereo shut off along with the screen and the AC is on blast anyone know what it can be any help would be appreciated.....:mad.:

im not sure this will help, but when i drove from vegas to LA for 4 hours, my ac buttons stopped working, i was suprised. Basically i disconnected the battery for couple of hours and it worked again.

Check the Audio/mirror fuse in the driver kick panel; 10A I believe... That should fix her up.

Im having a similar issue with mine my hvac buttons are inop and nothing displayed on the screen, no outside temp displayed either. Radio works fine.

I check the fuses in all 3 fuse boxes and they all seem fine.

Im thinking it may be the audio unit itself but not sure yet.

Just like PMG said, it's a fuse on the driver side by the break, there is a door panel that will reveal the fuses that control most of the interior instruments. That is most definitely the reason why the screen is off and AC on full blast.

Hi J3f3r$on, I am having the same problem right now with my FX35 06.
Have you figured it out?

sigh, i figured the fx would have this problem too ( had it for barely 2 weeks ).. on my g35 coupe which i sold, there is a common problem with the radio and a/c on 'the 03 and '04 models.. a/c would suddenly go on full blast and radio controls wouldn't work ( infiniti changed the radio on the '05 onwards ).. problem was that the a/c and radio share the same circuit board.. only solution was to have the whole radio replaced / repaired.. that or a good whack on the side of the console.. when i had mine replaced, i stopped using the cd and just used the iPod intergration i had installed.. no problem since..
