About this clear taillights

Hello all
I am trying to change my red taillights to smoked taillights.

I think this is a pretty good deal.
However, it says 'You will reuse your existing bulbs & wiring'
does this mean that I will be reusing only my inner bulbs and wires not the leds in outer taillights?
Are the leds in outer tailights included since it's hard to open them..?
I am just confused...
Has anyone purchased or know about this taillights whether the leds in outer tailights are included or not?
Please let me know and thanks all in advance

LEDs are built into the outer tails, so you just replace the whole piece.

if anyone does upgrade to sport tails, i'll buy their out driver side tail light piece for $50 shipped if they're in good condition.

I scratched mine up last year when a snowboard lid down on them.
